About Erik Clarke

Erik Clarke is a finance and operations executive focused on modernizing institutions, improving organizational performance, and helping complex organizations adapt to a rapidly changing economy. As the Chief Financial Officer of a company with more than $1 billion in assets, he oversees financial strategy and operations, helping guide long-term growth, operational discipline, and institutional resilience.

 

Prior to his current role, Clarke held consulting and management roles at Deloitte and Crowe, where he advised nearly two dozen organizations across the private and public sectors. His work spanned technology companies, major financial institutions, research organizations, and government agencies at the local, state, and federal levels. Throughout his career, he has focused on operational improvement, financial stewardship, modernization initiatives, and helping leadership teams solve large-scale organizational challenges.

 

Clarke believes that organizations that modernize responsibly through process improvement, people leadership, and technology will be better positioned to deliver stronger outcomes, improve operational efficiency, and better serve people.

 

Raised in a working-class suburb outside Cleveland, Ohio, Clarke moved to Denver after completing school in search of opportunity, growth, and adventure. Since making Colorado home about a decade ago, he has built his career at the intersection of finance, operations, and organizational strategy while developing a reputation for disciplined execution, forward-looking leadership, and a pragmatic approach to solving complex problems.

 

In addition to his professional experience, Clarke has been actively involved in civic and nonprofit leadership, serving on boards of directors and supporting initiatives focused on community development and housing, public health, and economic opportunity.

 

Erik Clarke has a Master’s of Public Administration from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s in Public Policy from Kent State University.
